In January 2025, Pre Compliance welcomed Jaired Rodmaker as a Test and Simulation Engineer, increasing our capacity to provide manufacturers industry-leading seismic and wind compliance solutions for critical equipment. Jaired recently received a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University.
A native of Bend, Oregon, Jaired is no stranger to working to improve the reliability of critical equipment, having previously cofounded a commercial coffee equipment repair business. We all know that when the coffee machine breaks downs, all of society comes to a halt until it is repaired. In his previous role, he determined the most common failures of commercial coffee equipment and kept an inventory of pre-repaired parts to quickly get the coffee shops of Central Oregon back to brewing.
When Jaired isn’t working on the latest certification project over a cup of precisely brewed pour-over coffee, you can usually find him competing in one of the many pickleball tournaments in Oregon. He is also accomplished in soccer, snowboarding, rock climbing, tennis, and golf.
